Lisa is the CEO and founder of several successful companies including software development,  wellbeing, catering, hospitality and childcare. With over 30 years experience in starting, rescuing and managing SME businesses, she brings a wealth of real life experience to the table.  She has a wealth of experience in designing lucrative sales and marketing funnels, getting businesses online and building resilience into your workfoce.  

Lisa has extensive experience in software development, product management, digital marketing, onboarding to online, web development, marketing strategy, building sales funnels, childcare, healthcare, holistic services, hospitality and the restaurant & catering business. 

She has consulted and mentored many SME's and has run resilience training for teams of staff with  IBEC.  Lisa is currently studying to be a barrister. 

Shane is our financial and procedures specialist. His career has spanned the services, manufacturing, and charity sectors. King of the spreadsheet his ability to spot practical ways to reduce your costs while still maintaining a focus on growth is second to none. He has extensive experience in KPI reporting and analyzing all your financial data. 

Shane has worked management in retail, charity, manufacturing and distribution, finance, and services-based industries.

His specialty is accounts, cost reduction, financial data analysis, and putting functional processes in place to ensure accurate and up to date management accounts

Marian McCullagh specialises in providing SME’sand start-up businesses with professional personalised HR and Training services. Marian has worked with clients across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, construction, medical, technology,and the professional services, providing assistance in ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice solutions for staff recruitment and selection, performance management and employee training and development. A graduate of UCC, Marian holds qualifications in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development Practice, Training Needs Analysis, Training Delivery & Evaluation and Manual Handling Training and is qualified by the British Safety Council in VDU/DSE Assessment. In addition, Marian also holds Diplomas in Business and Personal Coaching from the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Irish Lifecoach Institute.

Karolina has worked in the wellness industry for over 8 years - helping other professionals create aesthetically pleasing, human friendly and brand consistent websites, and promotional materials. 

Her passion for visual arts started when she was introduced to HTML by her uncle at 11 years of age.  She believes that great design is in the details and that reinforcing your message through clear communication and brand integrity is essential.

Karolina has experience in photography, video editing, graphic designing, web designing and social media. Creativity, quality and efficiency are her trademarks.
